Driver’s age must be minimum 23 years old.
Driving license must be valid and dated for more than one year.
Minimum rental is one day. Every hour in excess is calculated at 1/5 of the daily rate.
The hirer is obligated to pay the rent of the agreement for the whole duration of this contract whether he used the car or not for any reason.
The hirer receives the car in good condition and is obligated to return it to the condition in which he received it with all its equipment.
In case of breakdown, wear or accident the lessee is obligated to warn the company. The expenses of the car transfer are chargeable to the hirer if it will be his responsibility.
The hirer is responsible for the car and will compensate for any defect or damage caused by his fault, as well as damage to the bottom or destruction of the tires.
It is forbidden to use the car for any purpose other than the one written in the certificate of registration of the car.
250 km is the minimum charge per day (extra km you pay 0.15 euro per km).
All cars are insured.
For any violation of the traffic law, you pay any fine and are responsible for any legal obligations.
It is forbidden to drive the car by other persons who are not present in the contract.
There is no illegal item or material in the car, the lessee is responsible for any illegal item or material found in the car.
This contract is only for the Albanian Territory, (for outside of Albania, a special power of attorney is required).
